The Leadership Development Center (LDC) of the Lubbock Area Baptist Association is committed to equipping the next generation of church leaders. Through a 40-week program, participants are trained for ministry roles such as Pastors, Youth Ministers, Children’s Ministers, and more. The curriculum covers essential areas like Church Administration, Missions, Discipleship, Youth and Children’s Ministry, Evangelism, Bible Discovery, and Spiritual Formation. In addition to classroom instruction, residents gain hands-on ministry experience under the guidance of experienced pastors and ministry professionals.
